"I would like to take the opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to the staff of Mission Motorcycles. In my recent dealing with your organization, I was given a level of service that I have yet to find at any other dealership, whether it involves motorcycles or cars. This was a repeat business on my part (the first being in 2004), and the overall experience of this latest deal I secured for that motorcycle, plus my recent ones of late, were the major deciding factors in why I decided once again to go with Mission Motorcycles.
While this letter is aimed at your entire work staff, I would like to specifically thank the following persons:
Phil - In the two weeks of securing a purchase, not once did I encounter the typically high-pressure tactics that so often turn off a buyer. His easy-going nature is to be commended, as is his dedication to the task of making sure customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Phil goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer is absolutely comfortable with the deal before it is sealed. Lastly, he also possesses a genuine concern for a rider’s safety, and takes this into consideration when fielding a customer’s interest in a particular bike.
Jonn - Jonn provided a wealth of information on all the bikes that were under consideration, identifying all the advantages, disadvantages, and individual quirks of each model I inquired about. In each Q&A session he possessed an answer, which greatly helped in the research phase of my purchase. His staggering expertise warrants further recognition considering that he is brand new to your organization’s sales staff.
Teresa - In addition to helping locate the EXACT bike I was looking for (model & color) and for taking the time to field my occasional question, Teresa was very crucial to the process of nailing down which bike I ultimately chose, pointing out the pros and cons of street and cruiser class motorcycles, assessing my own experience with lightweight cruisers and how she felt that would factor in with a transition to the former or moving up in the latter.
In no way would I hesitate to revisit Mission Motorcycles for a future purchase, and I certainly wouldn’t have any qualms about referring anyone to Mission Motorcycles. Your dealership is outstanding in every respect and deserves the highest praise.

"I would like to thank the service department at Mission for a job well-done on Saturday, August 4, 2007.
I purchased a new ST1300 from Huntington Honda on July 28, after owning Goldwings since 1981. I promptly went on a business/pleasure trip. I realized that I needed a 600-mile "first service" after 900 miles and called Andrew at Mission on Saturday morning, as I was passing through toward Ukiah. Andrew was helpful and told me to come in. He could have said "we are very busy on Saturday, get lost" -- but he didn’t. He could have said "service the bike where you bought it" -- but he didn’t. I found Mission in the fog at 10:00 a.m. and the place was packed. Andrew and Scott were helpful and said it should take about 1.5 hours. I must admit that I was a little concerned about the quality of the work, since so many trashed bikes were blocking the service entrance.
The service was excellent and beyond what I normally expect from Honda dealers. Andrew and Scott recommended changing the rear drive oil, in addition to the normal 600-mile service. They showed me the dirty oil in the drive and the clean oil difference.
I have put over 1400 miles on the ST1300 since the service and it is running well. In fact, it is the best Honda that I have owned since I bought a Honda 550-4 in 1973.
I will strongly recommend Mission Motorcycles to all my GWRRA friends.

"I was very happy with the customer service, how effortless the whole buying process went. The staff is pleasant and very knowledgable in all depts. In the sea of Uber big warehouse guys it's nice to know there are dealers who's first priority is RIDING!!! These folks are true enthusiasts. One point of mention, These folks really wanted to get me what i needed, not what will be a higher profit for them! If you are a new rider this is the place to go they will surley put you on the right set up. Not try to sell you a bike and gear you may not be ready for.In the world of motorcycles that is priceless."
